Please stop playing small…

Only you can be the keeper of your light. You are the one who chooses to shine it bright, brighter, even beaming.

And then know you have so much more control than you THINK to slow down the mind. To ease off the accelerator.

So often the big things in life start small, but they have so much potential to grow, flourish, and bloom.  Water them, water all the small things

What are you holding onto in this moment you can let go of, or come back to at a more convenient time? What do you not need to manage right now? Move it over to the side!

Release them, let the stream, and take space away to allow yourself to cry your beautiful human tears.

You must reach and find the place inside where you know who you are, why you came to be, how you came to be.

Clouds are such a gift to see on a clear blue-sky day. They somehow draw you in with a clear invitation to admire their magnificence, beauty, and ability to make people smile.

Start small and imagine what can happen when two divine forces merge together! What are the possibilities?

Where do you start when you begin to build a puzzle?

So many have no realization their soul exists beyond the physical state.

As you put your fingers to the pen to write, or on the keyboard to begin typing, feel the exhilaration of the unknown journey you embark upon as the blank page stares at you!

You enjoy the expected things so much more. You enjoy the predictability and the control. We urge you to step out of that box you have allowed your mind to conform to, and look forward to the unexpected things.

Why is it that we hold onto things, ideas, feelings so tightly?

You cannot get rid of time in your world, you are reminded of it by the clicking clock on your wall. But, you can stop the clock at any time when you choose to connect to YOU, your soul, your inner voice.

Feel the Earth hold you, carry you, caress you, and feel her love surging to you from below. Embrace her!

But we ask you to consider how much thought you give to your breath, to breathing?

It is said silence is golden. We do not dispute this statement, but we wonder how in your frenetic world you accomplish sitting in silence?
