Take Up Space!

Please stop playing small, stop going unnoticed, stop convincing yourself you are safer being small! Your soul is expansive, as expansive as you imagine it to be. It was never, and will never be “small.” So why do you all play so small?

Often, the belief is you are protected if you shrink, instead this belief confines, restricts, and keeps your divine essence compartmentalized. It continues to write the story saying you don't need to take up space, and it's okay to live in your world of fear-based ideas, beliefs, projections, disputing realities. So, let us ask you, what does it really serve for you to live in a world where you don't allow yourself to fully grow?

Thinking back to babies as they were growing, if they were not able to meet their milestones, were not able to grow, then would your practitioners not have said…something isn't right? Why don't you use this same measurement in reference to you? What are your milestones? What are your growth expectations? Do you even know?

This is the place you should begin! Sit quietly and imagine in your mind how big you could be! Let yourself take up as much space as possible. How big are you? Where are you able to travel? Which direction/s do you expand? How much do you expand? Explore, enjoy, and come to know you are truly limitless in spirit.

Your opportunities are truly endless in this lifetime, and in any lifetime. It is time to stop playing small and start focusing more on how much space you can take up with your true self, your authentic self, your divinely loved self. Practice this exercise often, with intention, and you will begin to see rapid changes in your life. You will also begin to see growth in the lives of others because you have shifted your perspective. Each day go with the grace of God, knowing YOU are only as small as you give yourself permission to be. Permit yourself to be BOLD, MAGNIFICENT, CREATIVE, and ENDLESSLY EXPANSIVE!
