Your Breath

Inhale…Exhale…Breathe in…Breathe out!

If we asked you to stop writing with the above sentence above, people would think it was too simple, not enough. But we ask you to consider how much thought you give to your breath, to breathing?

WE imagine you hardly consider it at all, and yet without your ability to breathe you would not be able to survive. Your body would be starved of your physical life force, and eventually your body would perish. So why do you give so little thought to this incredible process?

If you have ever attended a meditation, yoga class, or exercise you are aware of how much reference is placed on breathing. On how to take a deep breath, where it fills the body, how you release the breath. There is great attention and intention placed on your breathing. We encourage you to not dismiss this golden information.

When you feel your body becoming anxious, rigid, stressed, or your heart racing. Breathe deeply. INNNhale…Exxxhale…slowly, deliberately, purposefully! Master the art of this innate life force coming in and out of your body, it is your greatest gift dear ones.
