Let…it…Be
When you have run an idea around in your mind so many times it causes you to have a headache, when do you decide enough is enough? When do you lay it to rest, so your mind can take the back seat and relax, calm, and let go of the control?
We see how exhausted most of you are in your ever moving, frenetic world. We know it takes a toll on your systems, your energy, your health. So, can you allow yourself to pause, pull back, rest. Not because you are weak in doing so, but because you recognize the great strength it takes to tend to your own needs.
You have been told to take the pill of pushing yourself harder, not giving up, pushing through, but what we see so often is your light dimming. The Burn out effect of over doing.
While your light will never fully burn out, it does dim when you won’t allow time and space for recuperation. We ask you to take at least two things off of your plate today, and see how much lighter you feel!
