Flow

Do you ever sit and watch the wind blowing the trees, the blades of long grass, or the leaves floating down the street? 

In these moments and experiences, the process is somewhat mesmerizing.  The wind blows in the direction it is guided, not resisting, not fighting, or trying to control.  Going with the ebb and natural flow. There is a freedom when you observe it for what it is, for its innate beauty.

So how do you become the wind following its natural path?  How do you learn to go with the flow? For your mind will fight you, so you must learn a way of distraction.

This is where your senses override your mind.  Do you feel rigid, anxious, afraid, worried…so many more ways to describe the way your mind works to keep your body safe.

When you begin to feel sensations, hear things, or see derailments we ask you to notice and breathe. 

Let your breath be your driver.  Breathe deeply, fully, slowly, and allow your mind and body to relax. Now your spirit gets to be your guide, allow it to teach you the natural flow.  When you do this more and more, it integrates more and more, and eventually you become the wind flowing along on its instinctive path.
